White bass will hit nearly any little lure or bait. White bass is found in a number of the Great Lakes (except Lake Superior) in addition to in some inland lakes. White bass taken by angling might not be sold.
The Argument About White Bass
If you catch bass in one area, odds are, you will catch more in precisely the same location. It is not difficult to spook white bass, so an effective strategy is to cast past or to the borders of the school. If you’re fishing and find that you’re catching only smaller white bass on the more compact jig, make the switch to a larger jig and see whether that eradicates the smaller fish from hitting.
